If you want to sleep better, doing exhausting things beforehand seems to really help.
1: Read some email, a book, a magazine, the room—whatever.
2: Do a chore, a crime, a penance, a kindness—whatever.
3: Psych yourself up to break, fix, destroy, or build again tomorrow.
4:Vent, praise, demand, explain—just say whatever you’ve been thinking.
5: Get our of jail, Hell, false obligation, or tedium—just say what you must to escape.
6: Figure something out; it doesn’t matter what—as long as you get the brain tickles.
7: Take a walk, a drive, a ride, or swim—just go somewhere.
8: Talk to some people you aren’t sure you should—most of them are pretty cool.
9: Clean up a spill, dissolve some evidence, or make an apology—less mess is always better mess.
10: Learn a new, weird trick today to get treated weirdly better tomorrow.
